1. Purpose

No account registration or subscription fee is required to use this Site.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Service disruption: Launch DDoS/DoS attacks or create abnormal server loads on our infrastructure (Vercel, Supabase, AWS).
• Reverse engineering: Decompile, disassemble, or extract the underlying source code, algorithms, or security systems of this Site.
• Impersonation: Misrepresent yourself as a representative of reviewang.com or AliExpress.
• Malicious code: Upload or distribute viruses, worms, or any other harmful software.

Violations may result in immediate access termination and civil or criminal liability.

5. Intellectual Property

All original editorial content, guides, rankings, UI design, and software code are the exclusive intellectual property of reviewang.com. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written authorization.

Third-party trademarks including "AliExpress" are property of Alibaba Group Holding Limited and are referenced solely for nominative fair use.

6. Third-Party Links Disclaimer

This Site contains links to external websites including AliExpress. Once you leave reviewang.com, we have no control over and bear no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, payment security, or terms of service of any third-party site. Any transaction between you and an external merchant is solely governed by their policies.

7. Service Availability

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be submitted exclusively to the Seoul Central District Court (Republic of Korea) as the court of first instance. Both parties irrevocably consent to this exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Language Primacy

These Terms are available in Korean and English for user convenience. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between language versions, the Korean version shall prevail in all legal respects.
